Division 2

Caulry 4-13

The Downs 5-08

Last Tuesday we played host to Caulry in the second last round of the league. The Downs got off on the the best possible start with 3 goals inside the first 10 mins. However Caulry began to establish a foothold in the game and The Downs only held a 4 point lead at half time.

The visitors kept there momentum going in the second half with a killer goal just after the restart to give the lead. Both sides exchanged scores but unfortunately The Downs just could not convert possible chance in the closing stages and lost out on a 4-13 to 5-08 score line.
