We extend sincere sympathy to Mick Carty and family on the passing of his brother, James,  late of Menlough, Co. Galway. We also extend sincere sympathy to Carmel Monaghan and family on the passing of her brother, Pat Sammon, late of Coosan, Athlone.

Race Night 

We are hosting a race night on Saturday May 18th in the clubhouse. Cards are now in circulation for horses, jockeys and owners through any committee member. This is promised to be a great night’s entertainment so please get involved.

Bingo jackpot €7,700

Bingo continues every Friday at 8.30pm, come along and bring a friend for an enjoyable night’s entertainment.Volunteers are needed to help with Bingo on a rota for just one night per month. If interested contact Tommy 087-2949714 or any committee member.

Ben’s Lifeline: Charity Cycle

Gear Shop

Kellogg’s Cul GAA Camps

The Kellogg’s Cul GAA camp returns to The Downs on Monday 8th July – Friday 12th July. The camps provide boys and girls of ages 6-13 with an action packed and fun filled week of activity during the summer holidays. The camps revolves around maximising enjoyment and sustaining participant involvement in Gaelic Games. More information can be found on
