Sympathy

We are saddened to learn of the passing of long term supporter and committee member John Daly late of Clongowney. We send sincere sympathy to May and other Family members.


Bingo jackpot €4,400.

Bingo continues every Friday at 8.30, come along and bring a friend for an enjoyable night’s entertainment.


Underage Football 

Underage football continues this Friday evening at the usual slot 6:30-7:30. The club shop will also be open for the duration of training.


Senior Championship

Unfortunately, our participation in this year’s championship ended last Sunday evening with a 2-08 to 0-08 defeat to Mullingar Shamrocks. Thanks to the players and management for their efforts throughout the year.


Junior Championship

The Junior side also bowed out of this year’s championship with a one-point defeat to Killbeggan Shamrocks. The lads had an impressive run to the semi-finals, and we would like to thank both players and management for their efforts.


Pat Walsh Tournament

Bally Boden St. Enda’s (Dublin) are the winners of the Pat Walsh Cup for 2018, after defeating our lads, who played brilliantly in the final. St. Loman’s won the 125 Cup, Mullingar Shamrocks won the shield and Newbridge Sarsfield’s won the plate. Other teams who took part included Edenderry, Killucan and Navan O’ Mahony’s. Thanks to those involved in organising the day and for all the teams who took part.


Scór 

There is a meeting scheduled for Scór on Tuesday 2nd of October at 8pm in the clubhouse.


Circuit Training 

Every Monday and Thursday starting on the 1st of October in the Clubhouse. For more information contact Mickey Dan Murtagh 086 2799659.


U12 Championship

Hard luck to the U12 girls who lost out to Garrycastle in the championship semi-final on Thursday evening last. The girls can be very proud of their performance. Well done to all players and management.

The Downs V Miltown Saturday 29th in Moate at 5:30pm. Get out and support the girls if at all possible, as they make their first appearance in a senior semi-final.
